It’s time again for my weekly weight loss progress report. I’m sharing my latest Weigh Every Day May weight loss progress. This week I really struggled with binge eating (carrying over from last week) and I will talk about how this has hindered my 100lbs weight loss journey. I know I need to do some serious meal planning to lose weight and get myself to where I am making progress on my 100lbs weight loss journey. It’s a struggle to lose weight as it is but I am not currently helping myself deal with binge eating disorder either.
