Well, friends, this has not been my day, my week, my month, or even my year. I’ve been pretty sick since Wednesday and it’s definitely had an impact on my weekly weigh in. Looking forward to hopefully feeling better by next week and getting back on track. This video is just a really quick update on where I’ve been all week.
