HAPPY FRIDAY! It’s weigh in day here on my channel. Let’s find out if I made any progress on my weight loss journey. My starting weight was 274lbs, so I’ve got 100lbs to lose. I’ve already lost 10 so let’s see how much further I have to go!

I worked out 4 days this week, and it’s only Friday! But my meal plan, well, that was lacking. While I didn’t go over my calories, I didn’t always eat what was on my plan and switched things around a lot. Watch the video to see how that worked out….
