I promised you something weird and boy, did I deliver. For this week of the #SWEATEMBER challenge, I’m trying Facial Gymnastics. These exercises promise to help you tighten and tone your neck area, the dreaded double-chin! We’ll see if I make any progress on my weight loss journey using these exercises to tone up my neck. I didn’t know double chin exercise was a thing, but here we are. Enjoy!
