Dr. Kori Propst is the Wellness Director and Vice President of The Diet Doc, LLC. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, a master of science in counseling, and a doctorate in health psychology and behavioral medicine. She is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Her education is enhanced by certifications in personal training, health coaching, and lifestyle and weight-management consulting. She is also an ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition) clinician, a National Academy of Metabolic Science certified nutrition coach, and a certified Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health provider. Finally, she is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor.
Kori is the ground-zero health psychologist committed to helping clients rebuild their most equitable, authentic, and energetic lives. She weaves the science of motivation, eating and weight psychology, and the mind-body connection to guide athletes desiring a binge-free and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.
Kori is one of only a few athletes who have earned professional status in all three divisions of Bodybuilding, Figure, and Fit Body within the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. She has also been a runner-up at the WNBF World Championships twice, and has earned pro titles at the Mid-America Pro-Am and the Pro-Cup in Sacramento.

Andrea Kawano Dupuy is the founder of TRANSFORMATION STARTS WITHIN and is a Certified Health Coach. She brings a soul-centered approach to helping women and men overcome emotional eating and lose weight in a healthy, holistic manner while teaching clients how to build a healthy, nourishing relationship with food and eating.
Even before health coaching, Andrea has been involved in health and athletics, especially weight training. She is a two-time NPC Figure Overall Champion, Yokoska, Japan Figure Overall Champion and in 2015, Andrea broke the women’s Powerlifter Iwakuni Japan record. During this time, Andrea was also a Health Promotion Ass. Director and became interested in how the mind and spirit play a role in health, including fitness and weight loss. This led her to want to pursue a holistic, soul-driven approach.
Andrea brings a wealth of training and knowledge to better serve her clients. Her nutrition education and training include Certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Health Coaching, Gut Health, and Hormone Health and The International Sports Science Association Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition to functional and holistic nutrition coaching, Andrea is a 500-Hour Yoga Instructor, an ISSA Strength and Conditioning Trainer, and a Personal Trainer with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
