such as an energy drink or a protein shake which will help add
the proteins that you will need as you work hard to get the
muscles that you desire. They normally have what is called
amino acids which help build up the proteins that are lost
during muscle building.
6. Take breaks- many people want to lift every day and they
think that this will help them. This can harm you greatly as
you stress out your body and what is called protein synthesis

7. Eat after your workout- the best things to eat are
carbohydrates after you do an intense workout as the one you
just did. This helps the levels of insulin. Insulin is supposed
to have a direct impact on proteins as well. If you don’t want
a full meal, try consuming at least a sandwich.
8. Meal schedule- there is a schedule that you can follow that
will help you intake and produces more proteins. They say that
if you eat at least every three hours, you will be able to get
more proteins in your system. They normally suggest eating

9. Eat ice cream- many of you might be shocked to hear of this
one, but it’s not a bad tip at all. This again helps with
proteins as it increases the insulin in your body. The best

drink some milk before you go to bed. The whole purpose of this
is with the help of carbs and protein plus some milk, the
breakdown of the proteins will be less.
